Leona Mendiola is a spiritual intuitive guide, Reiki practitioner, and founder of EnvisionJoy. For over 20 years, she has helped highly sensitive women strengthen their self-trust, navigate life with greater clarity, and embrace their sensitivity as a gift rather than a burden.
While raising four sons, working in Silicon Valley's tech industry, serving in children's hospitals, and supporting communities across 15 countries, Leona discovered that true transformation doesn't come from more information—it comes from learning to trust yourself.
Today, through EnvisionJoy and her children's book Ori and Navi: The Language of Light, she helps women reconnect with their inner knowing and create lives rooted in confidence, clarity, and joy.
